Items are usually shipped in 3-4 business days.  We ship with US Priority mail for most orders, but will use First Class for international orders and extra heavy or bulky orders.  International orders may take up to 4-8 weeks depending on customs and other variables.

 

Babycarriers are returnable in 60 days, we appreciate that they not be washed and that you contact me for more information on how to return a baby carrier if it did not work out for you.  If a carrier is not working out for you, please do not hesitate to call for help, or if you simply have changed your mind, don't like the color anymore, or whatever reason, please do not hesitate to let me know.  Carriers in unwashed new condition will be fully refuned.  Shipping is not refundable.  Carriers that are in used condition or have been washed are returnable for a negotionable refund.  Contact me for more details please.

 

Amber Teething Necklaces have a 45 day return policy for a full refund, minus shipping costs.  The clasp that is holding them is designed to protect your child by giving way when tension is applied.  If the necklace arrives in damaged condition, or breaks, or comes unknotted in the first 45 days from purchase please contact me.  If the necklace or bracelets fail or break after the 45 days  you can contact me for a partial refund up to 90 days.

 

All other items can be returned within 60 days in new condition for a refund minus the shipping costs. Many items in the store have their own warranties from their manufactors, please contact me if you have any questions about your products from our store.
